  • UV and regular grade Sapphire, 90° crystal orientation, operational temperature from -196°C to 50°C (KF flange mounts operational to 150°C)
  • Fused Silica viewports are bakeable at 200°C and mmany are suitable for -196°C to 150°C operation
  • Sapphire viewports are supplied with a 50-20 scratch-dig finish, other finishes are available at additional cost
  • weldable, CF and KF mounting
  • all materials UHV
  • leak free performance in UHV to 2x10-10 Torr
